Raised in Chicago, Mr. Weinstein learned about the inner workings of the federal government while completing undergraduate studies at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Weinstein subsequently attended the Louisiana State University for law school. Mr. Weinstein then relocated to Los Angeles where he established his law firm.

Mr. Weinstein exclusively practices Administrative Law at both the Federal and California State levels. There are hundreds of federal agencies and departments that issue several thousand Federal certificates, licenses and permits. With offices in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay, As a Federal Licensing Attorney, Mr. Weinstein routinely counsels and represents businesses and individuals on Federal Administrative Law matters throughout the United States.  Mr. Weinstein also practices California State Bar Defense, and is a member of the Association of Discipline Defense Counsel (ADDC).
